2. The Platform

The Bloom Division provides intelligence, AI-powered tools, regulatory signal briefs, and community resources for operators in hemp, CBD, functional mushrooms, and regulated wellness categories. The Platform is intended for business and professional use.

3. Membership & Payment

  • Membership is billed monthly at the rate displayed at sign-up. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card data.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • To cancel, manage your subscription from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at [email protected].

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform for your own business purposes. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform content or tools.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content.
  • Use the Platform to build a competing product or service.
  • Share account credentials with others.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. AI Tools — Important Limitations

The AI tools on this Platform do not constitute legal, regulatory, medical, or compliance advice.

Tool outputs are generated using AI models and are provided for informational and research purposes only. They are based on historical public regulatory data and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You must:

  • Independently verify all tool outputs before acting on them.
  • Have qualified legal or regulatory counsel review any marketing claims before publication.
  • Not rely on tool outputs as a substitute for professional advice.

We accept no liability for decisions made based on AI tool outputs.

6. Signals & Editorial Content

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bloom Division and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Platform in a manner harmful to other users or the integrity of the service, without refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
